Mediation
Jen serves as a neutral mediator for two parties working through a family law matter — divorce, custody, parenting plans, or property division — who want to reach their own agreement rather than have a judge decide for them. As mediator, she doesn't represent either side or give legal advice to either party; she helps both people work through the emotional and practical parts of the conversation so they can build a workable, enforceable agreement together. Sessions can run as one longer meeting or be split into shorter blocks, in person or by Zoom.
Legal Consultation
For people who want to represent themselves in a family law matter — in or out of court — Jen offers hourly legal consultation. This includes legal advice, help understanding your rights and options, document review, and practical guidance, while you stay in control of your case and your decisions. This service does not include Jen appearing in court, filing documents, or communicating with the other side, unless you and she agree in writing to expand the scope.
